1.	Welcome and Apologies Minutes: The Chair welcomed everyone to the meeting. Apologies were received from Christine Lamming.
2.	Declarations of Interest Please note that, in accordance with the LTP Code of Conduct, when declaring interests LTP members must disclose the existence and nature of the interest and whether it is a disclosable or personal interests. Minutes: RESOLVED there were no issues raised under this item.
3.	Adoption of the Revised LTP Constitution PDF 134 KB Additional documents: Appendix 1-LTP constitution draft , item 3. PDF 204 KB Minutes: LTP members have been working on a revised LTP constitution for several months. The proposed amendments included changes to the code of conduct and the creation of a seat for the Next Gen project. At the LTP meeting in January panel members requested the revised constitution be put forward to Exec Committee for approval at their meeting on 26 February 2018. The amendment constitution was approved and now required formal adoption by LTP at an EGM or AGM. Therefore a proposal was put forward that the revised LTP constitution be adopted. LTP members voted unanimously accepted in favour of the proposal. RESOLVED the revised LTP constitution was adopted.
