- Councillor Bob Bushell - Personal Interest - Reason: He sat as a member of the Upper Witham Drainage Board and Witham 1st Drainage Board. A joint consultation response had been received from these organisations.
He had duly considered whether this interest was a pecuniary interest under the Member Code of Conduct. When taking into consideration the reasonable member of the public test, as outlined in the Code of Conduct, and the assessment of how much this application would affect the two Drainage Boards, he did not consider that his interest was a pecuniary interest.
