• Councillor Peter West - Declaration of Predetermination - He was a member of the Council's Planning Committee and did not want to give the impression that he had pre-determined his interest by taking part in the discussion. He therefore left the room during the consideration of this item.
• Councillor Ric Metcalfe - Disclosable Pecuniary Interest - He was an employee of the University of Lincoln and so left the room during the consideration of this item, as well as the remaining part of the meeting.
