• Councillor Pat Vaughan - Personal Interest - Councillor Pat Vaughan declared a Personal Interest with regard to the agenda items entitled Audit Committee Terms of Reference and Treasury Management Stewardship and Actual Prudential Indicators Report 2023/24, as his daughter worked within the Benefits team and his granddaughter worked in the Finance department of the City of Lincoln Council.
