• Councillor Martin Christopher - Personal and Pecuniary Interest - Reason: He had been involved in discussions with the resident concerned in relation to one of the requests for works to trees. Therefore, he was privy to a lot of extraneous information in respect of this application that other members weren’t. He left the room during the consideration of this item and took no part in the deliberation or vote on the matter to be determined.
