• Councillor Helena Mair - Disclosable Pecuniary Interest - Reason: Her husband worked as a local architect and was involved in the Transport Hub scheme. In the event that any discussion on these matters took place during the course of the meeting she would withdraw from the room at that stage. No such discussion took place.
• Councillor Ronald Hills - Disclosable Pecuniary Interest - Reason: His property was located within the vicinity of the Western Growth Corridor. He left the room during the discussion of this item.
