• Councillor Helena Mair - Disclosable Pecuniary Interest - Reason: Her husband worked as a local architect and was involved in the Transport Hub Scheme and the Central Market refurbishment. In the event that any discussion on these matters took place during the course of the meeting she would withdraw from the room at that stage. She left the room during the discussion of the Central Market Review.
