• Councillor Helena Mair - Disclosable Pecuniary Interest - Reason: Her husband worked as a local architect involved in the Lincoln Transport Hub Project and the Central Market. In the event that any discussion on these matters took place during the course of the meeting she would withdraw from the room at that stage. No such discussion took place, therefore she remained in the meeting.
