• Councillor Donald Nannestad - Disclosable Pecuniary Interest - He was the tenant of a Council allotment and so left the room during the consideration of this item. Furthermore, it was agreed that the consideration of the Community Services Review be split to allow the elements of the proposals directly relating to allotments to be considered separately.
