• Councillor Biff Bean - Declaration of Predetermination - Reason: He had predetermined his view on this matter having objected to similar planning applications in the past in the vicinity of his property on Doddington Ave. He sat in the public audience during the officer's presentation of the application, then exercised his right to speak as a member of the public in objection to the proposals. He then left the room and took no part in the deliberations or vote on the matter to be determined. Had he not exercised his right to speak as a member of the public his interest would be deemed as a disclosable pecuniary interest due to the location of his property close to the application site.
