• Councillor Donald Nannestad - Disclosable Pecuniary Interest - He was the tenant of an allotment site and thereby had a disclosable pecuniary interest. Under the provisions of the Localism Act 2011, a relevant dispensation had been agreed by the Ethics and Engagement Committee allowing the councillor to take part in the consideration of this item.
